These terms set out the agreement between you and GoCompareCruise when you use this website — browsing listings, reading deals, submitting reviews or contacting our team. The short version: we're an information service, not a booking agent; you book directly with cruise lines; and we ask that everyone plays fair with the content shared here.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using GoCompareCruise (the 'Site'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
- We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Our Role — Information Only
- GoCompareCruise is an informational aggregator: we publish cruise news, deals, reviews and voyage information.
- We do not sell tickets, process bookings or accept payments for cruises. All reservations are made directly with cruise lines or authorized travel partners.
- Prices, availability and itineraries shown here are provided for comparison and may change without notice — the cruise line's confirmation is always the authoritative record of your booking.
3. Third-Party Links & Transactions
- The Site links to cruise lines and booking partners. Once you leave our Site, the third party's own terms, privacy policy and pricing govern your transaction.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of external websites.
- Any dispute regarding a booking, charge or cancellation is between you and the booking provider.
4. Reviews & User-Submitted Content
- By submitting a review, contact message or newsletter signup, you confirm the information is accurate and the content is your own.
- You grant us a non-exclusive right to display your submission on the Site.
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, spam, or infringes others' rights may be removed without notice.
- Reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions — they are not endorsements or guarantees by GoCompareCruise.
5. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to scrape, data-mine, or interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
- Automated collection of listings, deals or reviews without written permission is prohibited.
- You may not use the Site to distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Site's design, text, graphics and curated content are the property of GoCompareCruise and its licensors.
- You may share links to our pages freely; reproducing substantial portions of our content requires permission.
- Cruise line names, ship names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Site is provided 'as is' for informational purposes. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties about completeness or reliability of the information presented.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoCompareCruise is not liable for decisions made, or losses incurred, based on information published on the Site.

8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
