Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has finalized credit facilities to finance two massive 227,000-gross-ton vessels scheduled for delivery in 2034 and 2036.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has secured credit facilities totaling approximately $5 billion to finance the construction of two new mega-ships. The vessels, which are being built by Fincantieri, are designed to accommodate 5,000 lower berths each, significantly expanding the company's future capacity. The financing agreements were signed on October 27 and disclosed in an SEC filing on October 30. The deal is supported by a syndicate of lenders led by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, with conditional insurance coverage provided by the Italian export credit agency SACE.
