Carnival Spirit Returns to Mobile for Winter Season

The Carnival Spirit is back in Mobile, Alabama, to commence its winter deployment. The ship's first sailing of the season was a seven-night cruise to the Bahamas, marking the start of a schedule that includes various Caribbean itineraries. This season is notable as the ship prepares to eventually hand over its Mobile routes to the Carnival Valor, which will initiate the cruise line's first year-round program from the port in mid-2027. The Spirit's recent repositioning from Seattle was impacted by technical issues and weather, resulting in several missed port calls.
